1970 - BAE is founded as a supplier of commodity stampings.

1971 - BAE wins its first business from General Motors.

1972 - BAE wins business from Pontiac and Oldsmobile Divisions. 

1989 - BAE becomes a supplier to Lear Corporation. 

1990 - MARISA is founded as a minority owned supplier.

1998 - BAE becomes a division of Marisa Industries.

1998 - BAE is awarded the GMT 800 Program

2003 - BAE wins the U251 Program in May 2003

2003 - BAE is recognized as the Lear Corporation Hall of Fame award winner. 

2004 - BAE is awared the GMT900 2nd Row March 2004
